SEAC Out and About in the Division and Community
Last month Vivian Austin and Sharon Scott represented the SEAC at Booker Elementary School’s well-attended Back-to-School Night. Then earlier this month Oleatha Bethea and Vivian Austin were at Hampton’s Parks, Recreation & Leisure Services’ first “Caregivers Connection Fair.”
Oleatha will be conducting a workshop on Nov 9, 2017, 10:00 a.m., at Bassette Elementary School. For more information and/or to register for this free event, contact Mrs. Diane Campbell, Bassette’s Family Engagement Specialist, at 757.727.1731 or email@example.com.
In addition to advising the School Board and senior school executives on special education-related matters, the SEAC loves working with others to help inform and empower our parents on their special education journeys. So if you will be hosting an event and would like us to participate as an exhibitor or presenter, we can be reached at 757.272.2699, firstname.lastname@example.org, or In-box us on Facebook.
